" My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the service and quality of work provided by the team of folks from Home Electronic Design and Integration (HEDI). We did a lot of research on the costs involved in getting our 50 inch plasma TV installed. It seemed like each company we talked with told a slightly different story on what was involved and how much it would cost. The folks from HEDI cut through all the confusion and provided complete clarity on what was needed. Their costs were also considerably less than those quoted by other companies and services. They were very flexible on setting a date and time for the TV installation, coming out on a Saturday morning to accommodate our busy schedules. In addition to installing the TV (over our fireplace) they set up an extra outlet in a cabinet to allow all the cables to be hidden. Since we have small children, they even ran over to Walmart to pick up some additional supplies. Before leaving they made absolutely certain that we were all satisfied and knew how to operate all the equipment. Last night we placed a call to HEDI indicating a problem we had using the DVD player (something that worked when they were on site but had become non-functional after DISH had installed HD service), the HEDI folks agreed to come to our house the following morning at 8:00 AM to once again accommodate our schedules. The problem was fixed within minutes and no charge was made for services or parts."
